PipelinePulse SMS Messaging Terms & Opt-In
Program. PipelinePulse sends transactional text-message (SMS) alerts and account notifications to its authenticated users — for example, when a prospect opens or electronically signs a proposal — as well as one-time passcodes used to verify a mobile number.
How you consent (opt-in). SMS is off by default. A user opts in from within their authenticated PipelinePulse account by enabling the "Text message (SMS)" toggle in Settings → Notifications. Enabling it requires the user to enter their mobile number and verify it by entering a one-time passcode sent to that number. No SMS is sent to any number until this verification is completed, and the user's consent is recorded at the time of verification. Consent is per-user and may be withdrawn at any time.
Message types. Deal/engagement alerts (proposal opened, viewed, signed), account notifications, and one-time verification passcodes.
Frequency. Event-driven and varies by account activity (typically a few messages per week per user).
Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out / help. Reply STOP to unsubscribe; reply HELP for help. You may also disable the SMS toggle in Settings → Notifications at any time.
